I had fond memories of coming here 10 years ago so in coming back to Seattle, I decided to return… The main sell is the oyster bar. They have a huge variety of fresh oysters which is proudly on display when you first walk in. My preference are smaller sized oysters, while my colleague preferred big ones. I asked the waiter to bring me a dozen and to mix it up. The oysters were awesome! I continued to order the Spicy Crab and Corn Chowder and the Fish & Chips. The chowder was average, a bit too thick in consistency for my liking and the fish & chips was a mixed bag; while the fries were really good, the fish was a bit rubbery for my liking. My colleague ordered the Tequila Mussels and the Prawn Linguine; she liked the mussels a lot but thought the pasta was OK. Service wise, our waiter was really friendly and had a great attitude. The restaurant itself was nice, sitting on a pier so it presented some nice views of the harbor.

I will start if by saying this restaurant is in a prime location on the pier of downtown Seattle. Beautiful views, the restaurant has amazing design features and a very homey vibe. Our waiter Amaru was the BEST! He was so well versed with the menu and his suggestions were on point. The oyster sampler was great. I honestly am not one for raw oysters but I thought I’d give them a shot being close to the coast. Some of the best oysters I’ve ever tasted here at Elliot’s. They live up to the name for sure. I will say that Amaru’s recommendations were the best out of all of the oysters I tried. Moving along to the main course the salmon was so fresh! The perfect sear gave it a nice textured crust yet still light and flakey texture. The veggies were cooked very well. The asparagus was grilled very well and lightly seasoned. The red pepper, zucchini and squash were grilled to the best texture and seasoning. As you can see my happy plate. I enjoyed every bite of this meal. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in Seattle rather for a visit or just looking for good seafood.

Very good oysters and the scallop and prawn risotto was really tasty. I enjoyed the oyster pairing cocktail as well and the service was excellent. However, the salmon special of the day did not impress me. Sitting outside with a view of the sound was great. That said, it is expensive. I'm glad I had the experience but if I'm back in Seattle I would try a different place for oysters before coming back.

This restaurant offers a wide variety of oysters from different regions, most of them sourced locally from Washington State or from just north in Canada. The servers explain the differences between each origin and even recommend oysters based on your taste preferences. Each oyster is about $4–4.50, and they thoughtfully provide little tags to show where each one comes from. The restaurant is located right by the water, with outdoor seating and a relaxing seaside view that makes the atmosphere very chill. Just note that there’s a mandatory 20% service charge.

Beautiful restaurant on the pier where you can see ships come to and from Seattle. I ordered risotto w/ prawns and scallops and my partner ordered copper river sockeye salmon. Best seafood we've ever had; it was like we went to heaven. We're from Minnesota and we have very limited options for seafood here, so we're extremely happy! Definitely come here if you're looking for quality seafood from Seattle

I don’t usually eat oysters, but this place completely changed my mind. The oysters are a must-try—sweet, fresh, and full of flavor. The restaurant is set right on the harbor, so you get a perfect waterfront view while dining. The vibe is casual yet classy, making it comfortable but still special. The servers are very knowledgeable about each type of oyster and happily guide you through the options. Service is attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole experience even better. A fantastic spot for seafood lovers, It was so good we actually came back the same day just to eat more oysters. Highly recommend!

My favorite aspect of Elliot’s is the location! Having drinks and oysters on the water is hard to beat. Sure, it’s a little pricey but you’re paying for high quality food and a top location. Personally, I recommend coming for drinks and an appetizer, oysters, or both! Our server was very knowledgeable about oysters and carefully crafted a custom oyster tasting for us which was fun. I did also try the lobster which was good (once it was cooked properly. I did have to get it remade). The staff remade my lobster with no issues and we had a lovely time. I would go back! No complaints.

Amazing food, don't let the 20% service charge fool you, it goes to the company and the server gets a 12% commission on orders. The 20% service charge is to cover additional labor costs for employees, insurance for them, etc etc. Its not because "They want everything handed to them". They are doing great. Tips are encouraged not required. As someone who doesn't like to have to leave tips or additional charges, the food here was superior to anything I have had this year and I think the price was well worth it. My wife had a flight of fresh oysters which she thought was heavenly which was great to hear as she's very particular about oyster. Also, we requested to split the Spicy Crab and Corn Chowder as well as the Seafood Pasta, which they accommodated perfectly, splitting the portions in half for my wife and I. Again, the food was amazing, the seafood pasta was very seafood heavy, so no worries about it being sparse here and there within the pasta. Our server was personable, kind, knowledgeable, and overall good at checking in on us. If you are hesitant on going into here, don't be, it's well worth the price (yes even factoring in the service charge). Attached is the picture my wife took of the empty shells of the oysters she absolutely demolished
